Aunt Teri

Has been awhile…Sorry :-) It’s been kind of the same ol each day…I like to post positive stuff and lately it just hasn’t been happening. Not fair to those of you checking in…I will start posting news good or bad so ya know. We were suprised yesterday with a visit from Aunt Teri…She talked with Mom a good hour and a half. Was a great conversation. Luv ya Aunt. And big love to all of you that keep checking in with her. Lorraine…Aunt Lynn…Aunt Linda and Kim and fam…Each visit or call means so much

Mom can’t sit in the wheelchair any longer…The day of her last Dr. appointment I thought we were gonna have to call the EMT’s to get her out of it with the hoyer lift…Her left side is so weak that she can’t hold herself up straight and after an hour or so at that angle the lift hurts like hell<—Her words - to get back into the hoyer for the transfer. With that and the incontinence as bad as it is the Doc suggested a catheter..Easier on me and Mom and much safer for her skin. One bladder infection and late night emergency doctors visit later and we are rockin and rollin.
